How to request deletion
- Enter your name and the e-mail address you want us to reply to.
- In the message, mention the approximate date you last used the app and, if you have it, the device model. This helps us locate any analytics or crash records tied to your device.
- Tap Request to Delete Data. We will confirm by e-mail and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The anonymous app account (Firebase user ID) created when the app first started.
- Analytics events and crash reports linked to your app instance (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics).
- Any support e-mails or form submissions you sent us.
Data stored on your device
Your videos, subtitles, styles and projects never leave your phone. Delete them from the project list inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove everything at once. Advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob can be reset or deleted from Android Settings → Google → Ads. Audio sent for transcription is processed transiently and is not retained by us.
Retention after a request
We do not keep any data after processing your request, except records we are legally required to retain (for example, a copy of your deletion request itself, kept for up to 12 months as proof of compliance). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
