1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Service-Based Orders

  • Clients can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the work has not started.
  • Once the project has commenced, cancellations will be evaluated based on work progress and associated costs.
  • Urgent projects or services initiated immediately upon order are non-cancellable.

1.2 Subscription-Based Services (Website Maintenance, SEO Optimization, etc.)

  • Clients must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the renewal date.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If Bdeb Technology is unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If the project is not initiated within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • If the delivered service does not meet the agreed scope of work as per the contract.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom development projects once work has started.
  • Domain registration and hosting setup fees.
  • Website speed optimization services once implemented.
  • SEO optimization services after the work has commenced.
  • Completed website and app development projects.
  • Third-party software, tools, or services purchased on behalf of the client.

2.3 Partial Refunds

  • If a client cancels a service after partial completion, a pro-rated refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work.
  • For digital products or consultations, refunds will not be provided once the session has been conducted or files have been delivered.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to help@bdebtech.in with relevant details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
  • Clients will be notified of their refund status via email.

4. Policy Modifications

Bdeb Technology reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
