What can be returned?

We currently accept only instant returns. This means you can check the condition of your order upon delivery and return it to the delivery boy if there are any issues.

Reasons for an Instant Return:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or spoiled food item
  • Missing item(s) from your order

How to return an item instantly:

  1. Upon delivery, inspect your order thoroughly.
  2. If there are any discrepancies with your order (incorrect item, damaged item, missing item), inform the delivery boy immediately.
  3. You can return the incorrect or damaged item(s) to the delivery boy at the time of delivery.

Refunds:

Once the delivery boy confirms the return, a refund will be initiated immediately. The refund will be processed through your original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What cannot be returned?

We currently do not accept returns for opened or partially consumed food items.
